Tony Dallas - Owner:
Tony Dallas grew up in Orange and graduated from West Orange-Stark High School in 1984. He went on to earn his degree in Marketing from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches. Tony has been an insurance agent since 1997 and purchased Barnett Culpepper Insurance (est. 1950 as Barnett Insurance) in 2000. He changed the name to Dallas Insurance Agency in April 2007 when the office was relocated to 1106 16th Street.

Tony is an active member of the Orange Lions Club, coaches and is on the board of Orange Youth Baseball and has served on numerous boards and committees within the community. He is committed to serving Orange not only through his business, but also by his personal involvement in the community.


Joanie Becker:
Joanie Becker grew up in Orange and graduated from West Orange-Stark High School in 1982. She attended Lamar University and obtained her agent's license in 2002. Joanie has been an integral part of the Dallas Insurance Agency (formerly Barnett Culpepper Insurance) team since 2001.
